How You Rank

The Oancea Rank functions based on a point system (you do something good/bad = more/less points). You start at 0 points and earn your way up to a max of 10.000 points. This way, the people who actually provide value and do the most work and provide the best quality are rewarded.

Each time you reach a new level, you unlock something valuable. Here you can see on what parameters we decide how many points you have:

1. Productivity

If you perform better at your job relative to your colleagues you get more points.

How long you have been working with Oancea also means additional points.

If you do more than expected at your job and spend more time with the team on company trips and events.

You will get points if you help us do more good for the company by participating in the unpaid activities of Oancea Philantrophy.

How you go about projects and problems makes a huge difference. So we increase your rank if you truly think optimistically and positively, even if the conditions are harsh.

This one is harder to measure, but if you are an honest person, you will move up the ranks faster and get regular points.
